We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day, those placed after will be processed the next business day.
  • Non-Processing Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays or incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Order Cancellation And Modification

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, please promptly contact our customer support at support@tordelle.co.uk and we'll do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe. After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making it impossible to make any modifications.
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout, as issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may limit our ability to assist.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipping and tracking details.

If Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Look around your property (porches, garages, behind bins).
  3. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  4. Contact the carrier directly for delivery details.
  5. Request proof of delivery from the carrier.
  6. If still not located, contact us with the proof of non-delivery for assistance, we will offer a replacement or refund for verified lost packages.
