At Tordelle, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair return and refund process. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Conditions for Change of Mind Returns

  • If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • You may inspect items as you would in a physical shop.

Faulty, Damaged, or not as Described Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@tordelle.co.uk with clear photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund.

Return Costs

  • Change of mind returns and exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty, defective, incorrect or damaged items: Return shipping costs are covered by Tordelle.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@tordelle.co.uk with your order number, contact details, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address by email, as return addresses may vary depending on the order and return type.
  3. Safely package the item, including all original packaging.
  4. Send the item using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

  1. Return the original item following the return process.
  2. Once the return is received, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • All refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • All transactions and refunds are processed in GBP (£).
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Sale Items

You have the same refund rights for sale items as you do for full-priced items.
