At Tordelle, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Faulty, Damaged, or not as Described Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@tordelle.co.uk with clear photos of the issue. Once we process the evidence we'll issue an immediate full refund without needing you to return the item.

Change of Mind Returns

 If you want to return an item that isn't faulty, contact us at support@tordelle.co.uk within 30 days of delivery to start the return process. We'll provide a full refund after receiving the goods in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
  • We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items

Exchanges

  1. Return the original item following the return process.
  2. Once the return is received, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • All refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • All transactions and refunds are processed in GBP (£).
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
